Practical information

Program : the school starts on Monday, March 25th at 9:00 and finishes on Friday, March 29th at 16:30.

Location: the school will take place in CNRS campus, Building G, 3rd floor, 25 avenue des martyrs, 38042 Grenoble. The CNRS campus can be reached in 10 minutes from the train station by tram B line.

Entrance: each participant will receive a personal entrance authorization, to be shown to the security desk at the entrance together with an ID card or passport

Computers: Participants should bring their own laptop computer with wifi connection.

Lodging : each participant is asked to organise their travel and stay. For suggested hotels, please see the Grenoble tourist office page

Conference fee : a conference fee of 385 euro is required from each participant. It will cover coffee breaks and logistics.

The PhD students of the Grenoble Doctoral School of Physics are waived from inscription fee and will be recognized credits for attendance.
